Jay Slater's mum, Debbie Duncan, has shared a heartfelt update on their GoFundMe page as the family continues their desperate search for the missing teenager.The 55 year old mum revealed that they are living through "an unimaginable time", but remain committed to finding Jay.
She also detailed how the remaining £48,605 raised will be used.This comes after local police in Spain called off the search for the 19 year old apprentice bricklayer on Sunday (June 30), after 12 days of relentless searching.
In her post on the fundraising site, Debbie explained that some of the funds will be used to pay for local volunteers and mountain rescue efforts.
Additionally, the family is assembling a package of equipment for British searchers who have travelled to Tenerife. Debbie wrote: "In the meantime, we will continue to use part of the funds to support the volunteers working hard in the mountains to find Jay.
