Top Gear presenter James May, 58, suffered an audio disaster during a recording for an episode of series DriveTribe.Speaking to director and producer Tom Whitter who he has worked with for over a decade, James sat down to reminisce with his colleague who worked on James May's Cars of the People in 2014.Starting the episode, Tom joked with his colleague and friend."Is this the bit where I get to say, 'How does my hair look?'" he asked the star.James simply replied with a "yes," but his voice sounded somewhat off and different to normal.The car fanatic then went on to introduce himself, which served to highlight the dodgy audio even more.However, a message soon appeared on screen explaining the reason behind the presenter's strange sounding.
