James Argent was pictured beaming with joy as he showed off his five and a half stone weight loss at pal Dan Osborne's 30th birthday party this weekend.

The former Towie star, 33, headed to his mate's house in Essex on Saturday where Dan's wife Jacqueline Joss had organised a surprise party to mark his milestone.

Arg turned out in white jeans and a blue shirt, and looked happy and healthy as he posed for pictures with his friends. He shared a video showing his former Towie co-star Dan arriving at the bash wearing a blind fold, captioning it: "He's finally arrived.

Happy birthday Dan Osborne." The clip showed Dan being led into the garden by a friend, while Jac and the kids and the party guests waited to surprise him.
