The 31-year-old Dancing On Ice star was on Lorraine today talking about his new comedy song to raise funds for the NHS during the coronavirus crisis.
Lorraine brought up the fact that the NHS helped his family on a personal level, saying: "An organisation so dear to all of us, but especially to you." Jake replied, agreeing they're close to his heart as they helped his late father and brother when they were ill with bone cancer.
