Jack Fincham bravely opened up on This Morning about his recent struggles and the path to recovery after being sentenced to six weeks in jail on January 29 for admitting to being in charge of a dangerously out-of-control dog.

The Love Island favourite has embarked on a journey towards sobriety, having given up drugs, alcohol, and gambling since the end of 2024.

He joined the ITV daytime show to candidly "hold up his hands" and share his hopes of moving forward with his life. He added: "I have nothing more to lose now." Jack detailed how his excessive drinking and drug use had left him with no other choice but to seek help, as he had alienated family and friends.
