The Irish model has been dating the Who Wants To Be A Millionaire host since 2017 after they were introduced by mutual friends.
Lisa, 51, comes from a modelling background and was already a mum to three kids from her previous marriage to Baron Steven Bentinck, reports the Express.
Jeremy, who is 63, was previously married to his manager Frances Cain, the daughter of VC recipient Robert Henry Cain, from 1993 to 2014.The ex-couple have three children - Emily, Finlo and Katya - whom they brought up in Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds.
