This Morning viewers were left feeling sorry for Josie Gibson as she returned to the show with another challenge on her hands.

The presenter spent last week hugging cows as part of a new craze and this week was sent to the top of the Television Centre.

Tuesday's edition of the ITV daytime show opened with a guest appearance from Josie dressed as Spider-Woman and to mark the 20th anniversary of Spider-Man being on the big screen, she was taking part in an abseil live on the show.

She told hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby who were back at the helm: "Good morning both. It’s your favourite crime fighting superhero Spider-Man here, web-slinging my way around the television centre, making sure everything is alright."
