This Morning took an unexpected turn on Friday as Alison Hammond duetted with Jason Donovan. During the latest episode, Alison and co-host Dermot O'Leary interviewed Neighbours icon Jason, 56, where Alison shared her dreams to duet with the Australian singer.

However, following the interview, Alison's dreams came true as she sung legendary track Especially For You with Jason, which had been pre-recorded.

Prior to the duet, it showed a fun sequence where Alison was seen dreaming of singing with Jason to which Kylie Minogue even made a voiceover appearance.

Taking to Twitter, now X, viewers were left divided over the duet as they shared their thoughts online. One person said: "Very good Alison with your beautiful Brummie accent Xx #thismorning", a different account wrote: "Alison living her best life #ThisMorning", another show watcher said: "I love it!!! #thismorning!" while a different account added: "Aww I loved that.
