manchestereveningnews.co.ukViewers of The Masked Singer have worked out who is behind the Piranha costume thanks to a major song clue. The fishy character was back on stage on Saturday night (January 27) as the zany ITV singing competition returned to screens.
It is the first time all the remaining characters - Air Fryer, Owl, Eiffel Tower, Piranha, Maypole, Cricket, Bigfoot and Dippy Egg - have performed in the same show so it meant Mo Gilligan, Davina McCall, Rita Ora, Jonathan Ross and guest judge Ellie Goulding had lots of performances to listen to and clues to try and crack.
And the latest episode kicked off with a performance from character Eiffel Tower, who took on Miley Cyrus’ global hit Flowers followed by Dippy Egg, who performed The Proclaimers hit I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles) for the judges.
