The couple discovered they were at risk of leaving the ITV2 reality show after landing in the bottom four following a public vote for the most compatible couple.
Host Maya Jama made a sensational return to South Africa to deliver the surprise news as the contestants enjoyed a day out at the beach club.
The 28-year-old TV and radio star revealed the couples with the fewest votes were at risk from being dumped from the island before announcing that Shaq Muhammad and Tanya Manhenga, Claudia Fogarty and Keanan Brand, and Rosie Seabrook and Casey O’Gorman were all in the bottom four.
