Zara, 26, was celebrating her beau's fantastic win back home in the UK with a huge viewing party packed with their family and friends.
Sadly though, the former Love Island star and documentary-maker wasn't able to make the long flight over to Australia to support Sam, 31, in person, due to earlier scheduling conflicts.
As a result, the proud girlfriend was forced to have her first contact with Sam over the phone, when he called her at 4am UK time - after the winning campmate admitted he'd tried to send her a "secret message".
