Sam, 31, could be seen joking around with co-stars Josie Gibson and Danielle Harold in Wednesday's (6 December) episode of the hit ITV show, with the threesome getting very close while only wearing swimwear.
This Morning's Josie, 38, sported a red bikini as she lay on an inflatable float in the pool, while Sam then laying directly on top of her.
EastEnders actress Danielle, 31, then proceeded to lie on top of Sam. The two women joked: "Sam, the filling to our sandwich," as they all laughed together.
