The studio then showed a tender image of Alex cradling his newborn, as he gushed over her, calling her "incredible" and expressing how the experience has been overwhelmingly positive.
He spoke about his energy levels, saying: "It's been so good! So, so good and I feel like I've got a new lease of energy."
