Good Morning Britain viewers have claimed Susanna Reid appeared 'mortified' as Richard Madeley quizzed one of the show's latest guests.

The pair were back at the helm of the ITV news programme on Tuesday (March 8) as they continued to bring viewers updates on the Russian invasion of Ukraine which is now in its 13th day.

Susanna and Richard also spoke about International Women's Day, which is being celebrated today, as they were joined by Iceland's First Lady Eliza Jean Reid as the country considered to be one of the best for women. Richard, however, was soon be slammed by viewers for asking Eliza whether she herself would be willing to pick up a gun and use it if she was in the same situation as those in Ukraine.
