Emmerdale fans should brace themselves for disappointment next week as another scheduling change is set to happen on ITV. The beloved soap won't be airing next Thursday (November 14), stepping aside for the highly-anticipated England vs Greece match in the UEFA Nations League.
This isn't a one-off incident as just last month, Emmerdale alongside Coronation Street made way for Live Womens International Football when England played at Wembley Stadium.
However, Emmerdale will return to its its regular 7.30pm slot on Friday (November 15), per the current TV lineup. This shift follows the buzz around the character Ruby Fox-Milligan's (played by Beth Cordingly) daughter Stephanie, who's poised to stir things up in the village later in November.
Stephanie, or Steph, portrayed by the talented Georgia Jay, is set to make quite the impact. Georgia Jay has expressed her excitement about the new role, stating: "I am thrilled to be joining the cast of Emmerdale.
