Moira (Natalie J Robb) undergoes brain surgery amid her health battles during Wednesday's (November 20) episode, which is available to watch on ITVX, leading to a shock return for her late daughter Holly.
Fans of the show will remember Holly died in late 2016 after a fatal drug relapse. The character - played by Sophie - had battled with her addiction for years, and died in 2016, just six months after she returned to the soap.
Sophie returned to film heartbreaking scenes as Holly returned to Moira's dream as she underwent her life-saving operation. Sophie has been in and out of the soap since 2009 but made her final appearance in 2016 until now.
