Emmerdale star Matthew Wolfenden has been defended by fans from the 'parent police' after sharing a snap of his son. The actor, who is known for playing David Metcalfe in the ITV soap, took to Instagram to share a picture of his youngest son, Ace, who appears to be in the potty training stage.
The black and white image showed the toddler standing on the kitchen counter with just a long hoodie on as he weed into the spotless kitchen's sink. "Ace: Dad I need a wee.
Dad: Well go then. Ace does…" Matthew catpioned the post. He then added in the form of hashtags, 'not exactly what I meant', 'potty training boys', and 'going well'.
And while many were quick to see the amusing side, others weren't impressed leading to fans to defend the soap star, who shares his three children with former co-star wife Charley Webb.
