ITV Emmerdale star Beth Cordingly ditches the Dales for reunion with ex-soap star
manchestereveningnews.co.ukAlthough the drama is heating up in Emmerdale over the festive period, actress Beth Cordingly has momentarily left the Dales to reunite with her famous partner.
Fans of the ITV soap have been following Ruby Fox-Miligan's storyline since she joined Emmerdale earlier this year. Viewers have recently watched Ruby struggle with her estranged father showing up in the village, with the soap airing flashbacks of Ruby being abused by her father Anthony when she was younger.
Beth had to recently update her followers and deny that she was leaving the Dales behind in an Instagram post: "I just wanted to clear something up, because loads of people keep contacting me and saying, 'Oh I hear that you're leaving the show' "For the record, if I'm allowed to say this, I'm not leaving the show at the moment – as far as I know".
However, the star announced that in real life she will be briefly leaving England as she flies to China to reunite with her partner Ian Kelsey.
