Emmerdale fans think they have spotted a key clue about Anthony Fox's 'real killer' - but they also think he may still be alive.
Viewers saw brutal scenes earlier in January as the new character met a dramatic end. As fans of the ITV soap know Aaron Dingle confronted Anthony at the depot as he figured out why Ruby Fox-Milligan was so terrified of her estranged father.
Anthony decided to stay in the village in hope that he can once again grow close to Ruby alongside his granddaughter Steph. However, things soon turned sour as viewers were shown flashbacks of Ruby's sixteenth birthday which showed Anthony had sexually abused her repeatedly and when a DNA test revealed Caleb Milligan isn't Steph's father, it was clear Anthony was.
With his own parent abuse past, Aaron lashed out at Anthony, after he'd already been confronted by Nicola King and knocked over the head with a candle stick by Laurel Thomas, which also came after Caleb took Anthony to a secluded barn to force him to admit what he did to Ruby with a gun involved.
