ITV Emmerdale fans heartbroken as Belle Dingle receives devastating Zak phone call
ok.co.ukEmmerdale viewers were left heartbroken for Belle Dingle (played by Eden Taylor-Draper), as she received a devastated phone call from her dad Zak Dingle (Steve Halliwell) ahead of her wedding day.
The character has been planning her nuptials to fiancé Tom King (James Chase) on the ITV soap in recent weeks, with the pair deciding to tie the knot in a lavish Valentine's Day event.
Sadly, Belle's dad phoned on Wednesday's instalment, 14 February, to tell her that he'd "done his back in" and wouldn't be able to come to the wedding any longer, leaving her not wanting to go ahead with the day at all.
It was the worst timing for Belle, as things with her husband-to-be appear to be getting rockier every day. It's been a while since fans first shared their worries about Tom's behaviour and multitude of red flags in his relationship with Belle.
