Emmerdale fans are still reeling from the scene where village rogue Cain Dingle was savagely attacked by 'harmless' Jimmy King.
As regular viewers of the popular ITV soap will know, Cain is the local tough guy who has bullied and fought his way through life since arriving in the fictional village.
However, when it comes to fellow villager Jimmy King, he leads a more subdued life in the Yorkshire Dales and his character has taken on a more comedic role, a stark contrast to his initial appearance in the series.
Upon his arrival in the village, Jimmy is portrayed as a ruthless businessman, embroiled in various business ventures, a feud with the Sugden family, and even survived a stabbing by Daz Eden.
