ITV Emmerdale Cain Dingle’s second affair 'confirmed' in big twist - and fans are livid

Viewers of Emmerdale are convinced that Cain Dingle has been unfaithful to his wife Moira once again. The iconic character, played by Jeff Hordley, has been having a tough time lately due to Moira's (Natalie J Robb) diagnosis of a meningioma brain tumour.

In November, Moira underwent surgery for the tumour, but while she was in the operating theatre, Cain began to unravel. After consuming an entire bottle of alcohol, he ended up attacking Jimmy King (Nick Miles).

However, the situation escalated when Ruby Fox-Miligan (Beth Cordingly) arrived at Cain's garage later on. Ruby was taken aback to find her brother-in-law Cain there, assuming he would be at the hospital with Moira.

One thing led to another, and they found themselves sharing a passionate kiss. In a subsequent scene, Cain and Ruby were seen adjusting their clothing, suggesting their intimate moment had gone further.
