manchestereveningnews.co.ukCoronation Street fans have made a 'weird' observation as Sarah Barlow was seen getting close to the enemy, aka Damon Hay. Unbenown to Sarah's brother Nick Tilsley, Damon, the brother of drugs lord Harvey Gaskell, was dealing drugs through the deliveries at the Bistro.
But once he found out what Damon was up to, Nick was left with no choice but to let it happen after he accepted money from the untrustworthy character in order to keep the Weatherfield restaurant afloat.
And it wasn't until recently that his partner, Leanne Battersby, discovered the full truth and his son, Sam Blakeman, heard that Damon is the brother of the man who killed his mum.
Since then, Nick has been back living at his mum's and, in the ITV soap scenes aired on Monday night (March 20), was horrified to discover that Damon would be represented by brother-in-law Adam's law firm when he heads to court.
