ITV Coronation Street fans beg producers 'stop' following Tracy and Tommy affair

Coronation Street fans have all had the same complaint following recent episodes of the soap as they have 'begged' ITV bosses to stop following Tracy Barlow's love affair being uncovered with Tommy Orpington.Tracy has been confirmed to become unfaithful to her husband Steve McDonald with his former footballing hero.

Viewers will recall Tommy made a brief appearance in Weatherfield at Christmas, when Tracy was drinking wine.When he noticed the flower shop was open, Tommy went in for a last-minute gift for his mum when he bumped into Tracy and gave her own business cards although she was unaware of him being known for years as a Weatherfield County great.However his return to the soap is set to rumble people this week when Tracy hires the newly retired footballer to spruce up the decorating after she was underwhelmed by Steve’s efforts in the bedroom, Manchester Evening News reports.Tommy takes on the job after Steve failed to get the interiors done however it quickly becomes apparent to viewers a sexual chemistry is in the air between Tracy and Tommy as the focus comes off the job.The retired footballer admits he fancies Tracy and leans in for a kiss which Tracy doesn't seem to shy away from as they embark on a steamy affair.

Although fans soon took to social media following the news of the affair between them, which came shortly after Sarah Barlow returned to the messy romance with Damon Hay.
