Gareth Southgate has admitted that he is likely to leave his post as England manager if he fails to lead his side to European Championship glory in Germany this summer.
Southgate, who is of interest to members of Manchester United's hierarchy, will embark on his fourth major tournament as England boss later this week.
The Three Lions face Serbia in their tournament opener on Sunday night ahead of locking horns with Denmark and Slovenia in their other two Group C games.
Since succeeding Sam Allardyce in 2016, Southgate has led England to a World Cup semi-final, a World Cup quarter-final and a first-ever European Championship final.
