Former rugby ace Mike, 43, opened up about how he and Zara, 40, opt to have separate meals, after she gave up red meat following the births of their three children - Mia, eight, Lena, three, and one year old Lucas.
Now Zara, who is the Queen's granddaughter, eats her meals without her husband, who simply orders a food delivery each day in order to avoid cooking.
Speaking to the Daily Mail's Richard Eden, Mike said: "My wife Zara's appetites have changed since having children. She's not into eating red meat anymore, so now I look after my own meals."
