The Japanese fine-dining restaurant situated on Bridge Street with its glam interiors and ambitious culinary concept has become a popular haunt of Premier League footballers and was recently named one of the UK's best by a leading industry body.

MUSU was originally fronted by lauded chef Michael Shaw and made waves in the city for its premium dining experience which included 7-course and 11-course Kaiseki tasting menus, but now its owners have decided to introduce a three-part concept - The MUSU Collection - expanding on the success its already enjoyed. It launches this Friday and will be fronted by chef-patron Steven Smith, formerly of the award-winning Freemasons at Wiswell.

Standing out as part of the new concept is the nine-course tasting menu, which costs £120 per person, and features ‘culinary delights spanning all pillars’ with food from the sea, the land and the ground all covered.
