Celebrities have the fame and fortune to enjoy the finest food in all the land, whether they’re boarding a private jet to their favourite restaurant in Paris or enjoying the tasty delights of their personal chef at home. But what about when they’re working on TV and movie sets for months on-end?

Well of course, they get the best food there too. Leon Rothera hails from Northumberland but now rubs shoulders with Hollywood’s elite.

His successful catering company, Honest Foods London, has supplied breakfast, lunch and dinner for the cast and crews of some of the biggest TV shows in the country.

He’s seen it all – and even had a knife thrown at him (more on that later) – through hard work and talent, but he credits one woman for starting it.
