The drama follows Mia, who is played by CBBC star Georgia Lock, as she immerses herself into a "world of sex, duplicity and betrayal" while attempting to uncover the mystery behind her best friend Rebecca's suicide.
Damian, who is a model and inspiring filmmaker, told PEOPLE that his mum had "promised" to star in his first film years ago and "dropped everything" to be involved.
