Scots star Lorraine Kelly has been open about her decision to embark on a healthier lifestyle over the past couple of years.
But she urged people to "cut themselves some slack" as the new year focus turns to health and fitness for some. Lorraine launched her weight loss journey last year after feeling unhappy with her looks since putting on weight during lockdown.
The 64-year-old signed up for WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers, and has continued her role as an ambassador for the company since.
