Helen Skelton has shared a heartwarming peak into her holiday celebrations as she labels her clan a 'Gavin and Stacey family'.The One Show presenter, 41, spent the time off with her three adorable children, their grandparents and other members of the family as she paid a sweet tribute.

With the finale of Gavin and Stacey still at the centre of everybody's minds since it aired the last ever episode on Christmas Day, Helen thought it was only right to use it as a reference to her own family.

Accompanying a video of highlights from the festive season with her family, she wrote: "You’re either a Gavin and Stacey kind of family or you’re not.

We are [wink face emoji]." Helen added: "To the secret stashers and the midnight wrappers.The distracters and the “tidyer uppers”.To the ones who are NEVER in the photo by the tree because they are making the next round of snacks, to the grandparents (and those filling that role) who go above and beyond thank you for the magic." The video showed the family, including Helen's three adorable children, Ernie, eight, Louis, six, and three year old Elsie, enjoying the festive season as they went for walks, played games, danced, and soaked up every moment of the holiday madness.
