Inside Corrie's Peter Barlow star Chris Gascoyne's home he shares with Emmerdale star wife
ok.co.ukFor 23 years Chris Gascoyne has captured the hearts of the nation as Coronation Street ’s Peter Barlow, but the actor recently broke the hearts of fans everywhere when he revealed he was leaving the show to pursue other projects.
Although the details surrounding the much-loved character’s exit are currently a closely guarded secret - and no word has yet been given as to whether or not the exit will be permanent, fans couldn’t help but feel the sting of losing one of the ITV soap’s most cherished characters.
Stepping away from the role, Chris will instead be turning his attention towards the theatre stage, when he performs as Captain Hook in The All New Adventures of Peter Pan at the Alban Arena between December 8-31.
It isn’t all about work however either, as his break from Corrie also means he has more time to spend with his soap star wife, Emmerdale actress Caroline Harding at their chic home in Salford.
