Rachel Williams has transformed her life. She ditched ALL ultra-processed foods and went "back to basics" by eating healthy, nutritious foods from farm shops, butchers and greengrocers.
A change in mindset helped the Cheshire mum-of-two lose seven stone - a weight loss she has maintained now for five years. Rachel says she had tried "every diet going" in the past, having battled with weight issues since she was a child.
But it was only after having a complete change of mindset, ditching all processed foods and cooking everything from scratch that her excess weight began to drop.
She now "counts chemicals, not calories" with her food choices and has lost 7 stone in total. Rachel says: "The focus and the way I eat now is back to basics of how people would have eaten in the olden days, going to your butchers, your fishmongers, getting your vegetables locally.
