In a touching speech made at his wedding reception Saturday, Ant McPartlin paid special tribute to his new wife Anne-Marie Corbett’s two daughters, telling guests: ‘I’m grateful they call me dad.’ Anne-Marie’s daughters, from her previous marriage to ex-husband Scott, were said to have been heavily involved in the nuptials and performed readings, including Richard Bach’s The Bridge Across The River.
According to The Sun, in the heartfelt speech, Ant described how he fought hard ‘to keep it together’ as he watched his beautiful bride make her way down the aisle. ‘When Anne-Marie walked into the church, I had to fight to hold it together as she looked so beautiful,’ he said.
