However, a source close to Holly denied the claim. The television host is said to be embroiled in a "£10 million legal battle" with her former agents YMU, who are allegedly asking for a commission on her future earnings.
And it has now been claimed by The Sun that the 40 year old decided not to attend the wedding over the weekend after learning that senior executives from the company, who also represent Ant and his TV partner Declan Donnelly, would be there.
