Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.
She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.
She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.
It’s been a bit of a week because, after I supported the idea of Piers Morgan as our next Prime Minister (with me as his deputy), I was invited to appear on Good Morning Britain to talk to him and Susanna Reid.
When I watched my little segment back, I can see that I’m looking around all over the place while answering questions. That’s because I thought we were only doing a trial run and hadn’t realised it would be shown on telly.
Producers had tried to get me to use that zoomy thing but I reminded them I was brought up using an abacus. They tried to teach me to press this and that but they spent a good deal of time laughing and there was too much hilarity for either of us to concentrate.
