West End leading lady Ruthie, 53, entered the castle on Wednesday night but actor Tim Hower has urged bosses to "recheck their facts".
Taking to Twitter, Tim shared a screen shot of an I'm A Celebrity quiz he had tried out on the show's app. Fans were asked: "What is Ruthie's husband called?" Possible answers were Freddie, Tarek, Tim and Alan.
Tim's grab of the blooper showed a green tick next to his name. The fellow stage star and Ruthie divorced in 2010 following a six-year marriage.
