South Africa's debut series, back in 2023, was wildly successful, attracting over five million viewers per episode, so it's no wonder TV bosses are keen to do it again, reports the Mirror.The first series featured stars such as Amir Khan, Corrie's Helen Flanagan, TV presenter Carol Vorderman, Olympic athlete Fatima Whitbread and Diversity's Jordan Banjo, with Myleene Klass emerging as the winner.
Unlike the original show, the public does not vote for contestants to face Bushtucker Trials or remain in camp; instead, the celebrities compete in challenges to stay, vying for the eventual title of Jungle Legend.
