The famous contestants seemed oblivious to the weeping infant amid the excitement of the Laughing Stocks challenge – but it didn't escape fans at home.
As the stars descended the castle's stone steps to the trial area, a child appeared to be heard faintly. One viewer wrote on Twitter: “Definitely could hear a baby crying as they walk down the stairs heading to the trial tonight.” Another posted: “The baby crying on @imacelebrity freaking me out.
The creepy claims come as Vernon Kay was criticised by viewers for name-dropping after boasting about meeting Hollywood star multiple times.
