I’m A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! star Hollie Arnold opened up about her disability on Saturday's episode while chatting to her campmate Vernon Kay.
Hollie, 26, is a gold medallist in javelin throwing, and competes in the Paralympics as she was born without her right forearm.
The star explained she was happy to talk about it as it is a part of her life, and she would rather people felt comfortable to ask.
The conversation began after all of the celebs played a game of tag in the castle's courtyard. Vernon asked Hollie how she trained before a big sporting event.
