Danny Jones fought back tears as he was reunited with his beloved wife and six year old son.The McFly star hugged Georgia and Cooper for the first time in nearly three weeks in emotional scenes aired on Friday, December 6.The tear-jerking episode saw each of the remaining six celebrities visited by their friends and family ahead of the show finale on Sunday night.

Speaking ahead of their reunion, Cooper said: “I’m really excited to see my dad,” while Georgia added: “He’s been doing amazing.

He said he wanted to make you proud didn’t he, and show you how to be brave. We think he’s achieved that.” Danny had to pick his jaw up off the jungle floor wife Georgia and an excited Cooper were sitting waiting for him in a clearing.

As he came around the corner to see his wife and son, he couldn’t believe his eyes. He dropped down to give Cooper and Georgia a joint hug as he fought back tears.
