I'm a Celebrity's Danny Jones says jungle 'helped my healing journey' after he was left feeling 'so vulnerable'

After winning this year's I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, McFly star Danny Jones sat down with ITV's This Morning to discuss his time in the jungle.

The star admitted that it was "a mental battle constantly" between the hunger, the boredom, and wanting to leave the camp to do a trial but then dealing with the fear of the unknown.

Speaking about his fellow campmates, Danny confessed: "It was amazing, everyone was so lovely. they had good hearts and were good people.

When you were down, they comforted you, and everyone was up for a laugh as well." Before adding that his highlight was "seeing people's reactions" whenever he'd sit and play his guitar for them.
