Richard entered the jungle as one of the later arrivals with former Love Island contestant Maura Higgins, capturing the hearts of viewers and fellow contestants alike to secure third place.
Ahead of him were Coleen Rooney in second spot and chart-topper Danny Jones who nabbed the top prize.On arriving back at Heathrow Airport on the morning of Wednesday (December 11), he told PA that his time in the jungle had been "fantastic".
