It just makes me realise that you're not invincible and, whatever life throws at you now, as hard as things might be, I've been there.”Rylan opened up to Davina about how he was feeling during his total social break, revealing he had some regrets about the decisions he had made during that time.He began by explaining: “I was ill.
I was really in a bad way for that four months. It's really strange, because lately I've been thinking about it.”The star went on to explain how it had been the summertime where everyone was out “enjoying themselves”, while he had opted to hand his phone and his social media over to his management.
