Almost a thousand pro-Palestine protesters marched into Manchester city centre in the latest demonstration. People held placards and led chants as they made their way from Platt Fields Park in Fallowfield to the city centre, eventually stopping at the Mechanics Institute on Princess Street.
There was a police presence as officers monitored protestors, blocked the road and directed traffic, with the march passing peacefully down Wilmslow Road, through the Curry Mile and then onto Oxford Road.
The march finally culminated with speeches being made from various people about their direct experiences of the Gaza conflict.
