Hundreds of young football players and supporters rallied together last night to protest against proposed pitch let hikes across South Lanarkshire.It was announced last week that clubs would experience an increase for renting South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture pitches.Although the trust have said they would defer their decision until further consultation takes place, the community protested against the plan which could see some teams paying 114 per cent more than they currently do.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
