Huge investment to redevelop Motherwell industrial estate is welcomed

A huge £3.3m investment into redeveloping of Motherwell industrial estate has been welcomed.Braidhurst Industrial Estate will be transformed into a modern, low-carbon facility to support start-up businesses and the creation of skilled jobs.The council received £1.8m from the Scottish Government’s Regeneration Capital Grant Fund, with the council and North Lanarkshire Properties Ltd investing a further £1.54m in the redevelopment of the estate.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
