Footage shows a huge crowd of people singing and dancing in the street despite such events being against coronavirus lockdown rules.
One eyewitness said hundreds of revellers attended the event with some urinating on nearby food stalls. He wrote on Twitter : "People defacating, taking cocaine, shouting and swearing - and in their hundreds.
This is Portobello Road - our home - at this time of national crisis. "This country is a mess. We can’t leave our door on Friday or Saturday evenings without feeling we live by an open sewer.
