‘HSMTMTS’ Renewed For Season 4, Sets Summer Return

It’s time to get’cha head in the game! “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series” has officially set a summer return for its upcoming third season, Disney+ announced Friday on National Streaming Day.

The eight-episode season will kick off Wednesday, July 27 with episodes dropping weekly. Season 3 moves the action from East High to Camp Shallow Lake, a family-owned sleepaway camp in California, as the Wildcats and their fellow campers are primed for a summer filled with romance, curfew-less nights and a taste of the great outdoors.

With a high-stakes production of “Frozen” and a behind-the-scenes “docuseries” of the production in the works, the Wildcats will attempt to show who is “best in snow” without leaving anyone out in the cold.
