New data reveals how Covid infection rates have changed in every town and city in England since the start of lockdown - with just four areas showing a rise.
Analysis by the Mirror reveals that Brentwood in Essex has seen the sharpest fall in new cases, with its latest weekly figure ten times lower than at the start of January.
However Rutland has seen an alarming rise, with more than double of number of positive cases - a surge which has been linked to an outbreak in Stocken Prison.
The Mirror compared figures released by Public Health on January 5 - the day Boris Johnson plunged the country into its third national lockdown.
